The assistant cannot find VoiceStudio
Check that the connection is installed and enabled for the conversation. Usehttps://api.tryvoicestudio.com/mcp with Streamable HTTP and OAuth. Do not paste an API key into a conversation.
Sign-in or access is rejected
Use your invited VoiceStudio account with a verified email. Check that your company is active and you are still a member. Replace an expired or revoked key. If setup reportsinvalid_client, remove the unfinished VoiceStudio connection from your assistant and add it again. An unused assistant registration expires after 30 days; adding the connection again registers a new client. Existing active connections keep their registration.
A project is missing
Your connection is limited to the company and projects selected during consent. Review access in Settings → Integrations. To change it, revoke and reconnect the assistant. A resource belonging to another company may appear as not found.Approval fails
Check your role and thereviews:approve permission. The review must be waiting for your audience and match the version you inspected. If it changed, open its link and watch the current version before making a new decision. Audition choices take place in the app.

Send the VoiceStudio team the error code,requestId and request time. Do not send a connection secret.
