# Usage and limits

> Track requests and avoid excessive polling.

**Settings → Integrations** shows requests from your keys and connections, including the last 30 days. API and MCP share a limit of **120 requests per minute per connection**. Connection and discovery exchanges may also count as requests.

On a `429` response, wait for the duration in `Retry-After`. Space out automated polling and use pagination. Do not retry an approval with a new idempotency key solely because the response was interrupted.

Usage counts integration calls. It is not a count of delivered videos or an invoice. Any charges from your assistant provider are separate.
